Mr. Cabrera has got a major reputation in the city- I recognized him right away. More than that, I knew about at least one of his sleazy schemes – and illegal – financial negotiations that he’d recently secured for his Company. I knew about it because I was technically part of those negotiations. The contract was simple enough: arrive at the premises of Mr. Cabrera’s choice and serve his needs to complete satisfaction.
